Electronic Statement Signup

Follow these simple steps to sign up for Electronic Statements:

  1. Login to online banking
  2. Go to E-Statement Setup / Services > Electronic Statement. Your Electronic Correspondence Agreement will appear. Check the box to agree to terms.
  3. Click the I agree to these Terms and Conditions button . An email containing a verification code will be sent to your primary email address
  4. A pop up box will display containing your email address. Verify this is your correct email* and click continue.
  5. An email containing a verification code will be sent to the email address in the pop up box.
  6. The Electronic Correspondence screens displays. Enter the verification code you received in the Enter Verification Code field.
  7. Click on the Electronic Correspondence box next to the Account field to place a check mark in it.
  8. Once you have selected all the accounts for which you want to receive an email alert, click the Enroll button. 
  9. You will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail on the accounts selected for e-statements.

    * If your email address is incorrect, go to E-Statement Services>Change Info to update your email address.


    Notes:

    • If the verification code entered cannot be verified, you will be prompted to re-enter the code.
    • You must have a current copy of Adobe Reader® to read correspondence we send to you. Go to www.adobe.com to download the free reader.
    • If you did not receive your electronic verification code via email, please contact us at 325-356-2577 for assistance.
